Resignation should be submitted in e-mail to the Institute&amp;#39;s<br \/>office.<br \/><strong>6.<\/strong> The Institutel will not refund the course payment if the would-be student did not get<br \/>a visa\/temporary residence permit for the following reasons:<br \/>&#8211; did not provide the required documents<br \/>&#8211; failed to demonstrate that he\/she has sufficient financial means to stay in Poland<br \/>&#8211; for other reasons where it can be considered that the visa\/residence permit was not<br \/>issued to him through his fault<br \/><strong>7.<\/strong> The school reserves the right to place students in groups. The groups are formed<br \/>according to levels of student\u2019s proficiency in Polish language (according to the<br \/>preliminary test completed by students)<br \/><strong>8.<\/strong> Regular Language Courses take place in groups from 3 to 10 students. They are full<br \/>time with 25 lessons (45 minutes each) per week, except the German students at<br \/>Bildungsurlaubs who have special programms according to their lands.<br \/><strong>9.<\/strong> If the number of students in a group falls below 3 students the number of lessons<br \/>decrease to 20 lessons per week. The course fee remains unchanged.<\/p><p><strong>10.<\/strong> The issues covered in a group relate to the group level and student\u2019s interests.<br \/>Interests of all members of a group are taken into consideration.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>II<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.<\/strong> In accordance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council<br \/>2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with<br \/>with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and<br \/>repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we inform you<br \/>that the Administrator of personal data within the meaning of data protection<br \/>regulations is DISCOVER POLISH \u2013 International Institute for Polish Language and<br \/>Intercultural Education it is registered office at Haffnera 66\/1 Street office in Sopot,<br \/>81-715. NIP: 9581243268; REGON: 367489382.<br \/><strong>2.<\/strong> Each person whose data is processed by the Data Controller has the right to access<br \/>the content of his\/her data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the<br \/>right to data portability, the right to object, the right to revoke consent to the<br \/>processing of personal data. In order to exercise the rights mentioned above, please<br \/>contact us by email: discoverpolish@gmail.com<br \/>Each person whose data is processed also has the right to lodge a complaint with a<br \/>supervisory authority.<br \/><strong>3.<\/strong> The Administrator shall collect the data needed to provide the language services<br \/>provided. The collected data enable:<br \/>&#8211; contact with the school office,<br \/>&#8211; contact with the teacher conducting classes,<br \/>&#8211; conclusion of a contract for the provision of language services,<br \/>&#8211; invoicing and posting of transactions,<br \/>&#8211; creating an account in the system used to manage the language school<br \/><strong>4.<\/strong> Necessary data for the provision of language services by the Administrator are name,<br \/>surname, email address and telephone number. For the purpose of registration,<br \/>additionally required data are residential address, date and place of birth, and PESEL<br \/>number or passport number. For the purpose of issuing an invoice, the required data<br \/>are the company name, business address and Tax Identification Number.<br \/><strong>5.<\/strong> Personal data are provided to the Administrator voluntarily when contacting the<br \/>Administrator (email contact, telephone contact, through social networks, portals<br \/>with advertisements or personal contact at the headquarters of Institute). Data are<br \/>also provided to the Administrator when concluding contracts for the provision of<br \/>language services and registering for courses.<br \/><strong>6.<\/strong> In order to carry out the services provided by the Administrator, it is possible to<br \/>transfer personal data to the following persons or companies:<br \/>&#8211; employees, contractors and subcontractors of Discover Polish &#8211; International<br \/>Institute for Polish Language and Intercultural Education:<\/p><p>&#8211; companies that provide accounting services \u2014 Accounting online &#8211; Aneta Socha &#8211;<br \/>Jaworska<br \/>&#8211; courier companies and the Polish postal service operators of systems used to<br \/>manage the language school<br \/>&#8211; companies providing server maintenance, hosting services \u2014 SeoHost.pl<br \/>&#8211; companies providing email services \u2014 Google LLC<br \/><strong>7.<\/strong> The Administrator processes personal data for the period necessary for the proper<br \/>implementation of the services provided and the purposes of personal data<br \/>processing described above.<br \/><strong>8.<\/strong> In accordance with applicable regulations, the Administrator shall make every effort<br \/>to ensure all measures to protect personal data from unauthorized disclosure,<br \/>destruction, loss, alteration, use or access.<br \/><strong>9.<\/strong> The Administrator does not use cookies to collect data such as name, surname, e-<br \/>mail address. Visitors to the site remain anonymous.
